The residence-oasis.com site has no online booking form and no analytics cookies. The only personal data processed are those you voluntarily share via WhatsApp, Telegram or phone: name, phone number, dates and number of guests.
Purpose
Your data is used solely to confirm your booking, organize your arrival, and send you a CCP deposit receipt. No data is used for marketing or sold to third parties.
Cookies and Trackers
The site uses no third-party cookies (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or tracking tools). The only local storage is the language preference (French/English/Arabic), kept in browser localStorage.
Retention Period
WhatsApp/Telegram exchanges related to a booking are kept for the legal accounting period (10 years for CCP payment receipts), then deleted.
