What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability.
Is parking available at the property?
Free street parking right in front of the residence. It is simple kerbside parking, no guard and no fence. No issue has been reported in recent years.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. This measure aims to ensure the comfort and hygiene of all our residents.
Is there a restaurant available at the property?
The property does not have a restaurant, but you will find several restaurants and cafes nearby, accessible by car in just a few minutes.
Can we be more guests than the listed capacity?
The listed capacity ensures optimal comfort for each apartment. You may add up to 2 extra guests at a fee of 1,000 DA or €5 per person per night. This option must be confirmed at booking.
What services are available at the property?
Our property does not have services other than accommodation but benefits from a privileged location near renowned tourist complexes such as Rusica Park and Royal Tulip. You can thus enjoy quality facilities while residing in a peaceful and independent setting.
