Booking
Bookings are made via WhatsApp (+213 5 61 47 29 90), Telegram (@residence_oasis) or phone. Availability is confirmed within 24 hours. No booking is firm until the deposit has been received.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit equivalent to one night is required by CCP transfer within 24 hours to confirm the booking. The balance is paid on arrival, in Algerian dinars (DZD) or euros (EUR). No security deposit, no hidden fees.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: deposit fully refunded. Between 7 and 48 hours before arrival: deposit retained. Less than 48 hours or no-show: first night charged.
Check-in and Check-out
Arrival from 2:00 PM. Departure by 12:00 PM (noon). Early arrival or late departure may be arranged subject to availability. A valid ID is required for each adult.
Capacity and Extra Guests
The displayed capacity is the recommended capacity. You may add up to 2 extra people per apartment for 1,000 DZD or 5 EUR per person per night, to be confirmed at booking.
Stay Rules
The residence enforces internal rules detailed on the Rules page (hours, smoking, pets, quiet hours, events). Violations may lead to termination of the stay without refund.
